Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not fit properly.
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Customers are required to ship the product back at their own cost for inspection.
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a wrong or defective item was delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- All approved returns must be sent to our official return address provided after request approval.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged items or size issues.
- Customers must notify us on the same day of delivery to request an exchange.
- The product must remain unused and in original condition.
- Items showing signs of use will not qualify for exchange.
- Customers must return the item at their own expense using a traceable courier or registered post.
- Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

- Prepare Package: Repack the product carefully along with the invoice.
- Send Back: Ship the parcel via a traceable courier or registered post to the return address shared by our team after approval.
