Return & Exchange Policy

At Trend Square, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not fit properly.
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Customers are required to ship the product back at their own cost for inspection.
  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a wrong or defective item was delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • All approved returns must be sent to our official return address provided after request approval.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged items or size issues.
  • Customers must notify us on the same day of delivery to request an exchange.
  • The product must remain unused and in original condition.
  • Items showing signs of use will not qualify for exchange.
  • Customers must return the item at their own expense using a traceable courier or registered post.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

  2. Prepare Package: Repack the product carefully along with the invoice.
  3. Send Back: Ship the parcel via a traceable courier or registered post to the return address shared by our team after approval.
